New Builds
We are able to build the brand new home from the set of plans you already have or we can work with you to get the design you would like.
Decks
Here are some pictures of decks that we have completed in the past. In these photos of decking are a range of designs from the traditional around the outside of the house to a deck with a pergola over the top and we have even completed decking in Melbourne apartments that are fully removable.
Contrive Constructions is accredited in using Modwood Decking and has completed a variety of timber decks.
Pergolas
We have covered all types of pergolas such as skillion (flat) roof, gable end to hip ended pergolas. The pergolas we have constructed over the years have had roofs installed to create an outdoor entertaining area or a carport. We have also constructed pergolas to have vines to grow over.
Specialty Carpentry
We can also provide custom carpentry jobs such as feature fences, tables, gates and stairs.
Extensions
The extensions that we have been involved in have ranged from a back of a house or to a removal of a wall. We are able to help to create that extra living space or bedroom, or even a bigger kitchen.
